CobraCraneUSA is happy to accept returns of purchased items within 15 days of the date of shipment with the exception of opened consumable products. Products that arrived damaged or have become defective within 15 days of shipment may be exchanged for a replacement product. All replacements must be an identical product and version.
CobraCraneUSA does not issue credit for costs incurred in shipping a returned item.
CobraCraneUSA must receive the returned item within 10 days after an RMA number has been issued. An assigned RMA number is valid for 10 days only and will expire on the 11th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products will be refused.
Items should be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to the CobraCraneUSA and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment after the first failed delivery attempt.
To return a product please follow these simple steps:
1. Request a Return
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained directly from our web site by using the form at the bottom of this page.
You will be asked your name, daytime phone, order number and to provide your comments.
To avoid processing delays, please be as specific as possible. Generally an RMA number will be issued to you immediately. However, should your request require attention from a customer service representative, you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
2. Write your RMA number on your return shipping label
Write your RMA number (R_______) clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that all previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
3. Ship the product back to us
You must send the product back to us using UPS, USPS, UPS or DHL. CobraCraneUSA will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our returns processing center or any return that does not have a signed Proof of Delivery. Please note that standard USPS Priority Mail does not provide the required proof of delivery. We strongly urge you to use UPS, UPS or DHL. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of the return’s tracking number in the event that the item is lost in transit.

5. Refund and replacement information
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. NetMarket LLC will appear on your credit card statement once the credit is issued. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.
