Built In Tilt Mechanism Each CobraCrane comes with a Tilt Mechanism Design allowing the operator to tilt the camera to any angle. Included Quick Release All CobraCranes include a industry standard quick release plate that fits most Manfrotto 501/503/504 tripod heads allowing you to use your tripod for crane shots or camera/tripod only recording. Remove two bolts and switch to your existing release plate. * Quick Release Plate Not Included in FotoCrane Optional Panning Kit Simple, inexpensive, lightweight Panning Kit provides you with the ability to pan your camera 180 degrees left or right. Motorized pan/tilts are also supported on all CobraCranes. Booming
The most basic move of the CobraCrane is the elevate. Elevation height is a function of the CobraCrane’s over pivot length + the height of your fluid head when your tripod is at full extension.

Total height = over pivot length + Tripod maximum height

Swinging
Swinging the CobraCrane offers sweeping panoramic shots. Perfect sweeps of landscape, wide shots, mountain ranges, stage shots and a wide variety of other epic shots, limited only by your imagination. 360 degrees of swing allow you 100% total flexibility. Shots from the sidelines of the ball field, from the back of the concert hall, and from a variety of other placements can yield amazing sweeps and panoramic moves that can significantly enhance your productions.

Tilting
When tilting, your crane takes on a third new dimension. From over the top looking down at sporting events, worship services, or marketing videos tilting offers a beautiful opportunity to enrich your video presentations. When the crane is boomed low and tilted up the shot can provide a super smooth perception shot making the subject look very, very tall.

Maintain framing
As an added feature the CobraCrane can continuously keep the subject in frame while booming up and down.
